Our client "Reform" is a highly specialised pilates, barre and yoga studio who have recently opened alongside us at the Shed in Whitford.

As well as being our great new neighbours, Rochelle and Rachel who own the studio are really passionate about what they do and are well regarded by their existing clientele for their "addictive classes" We have enjoyed watching them slowly transform the space into a beautiful studio, with highly polished wooden floors, large mirrors  and crisp white walls.

The studio is a fresh, contemporary yet  inviting space with plenty of light, set amongst a natural tree canopy. When they approached us to do a custom finish on their counter cabinet and side table, we were thrilled and discussed ideas and options around colours and finishes. Because their studio was a clean crisp space they wanted to add a couple of character pieces to balance the look. The logo and branding for Reform is a simple green and we suggested they do something really bespoke with their pieces by theming them in with their logo.

The pieces are a custom colour blended to tie in with their branding and logo and have been hand painted using different techniques to created texture and depth, lightly distressed to show white undertones which creates a subtle tie, back into the crisp white walls. A striking colour appropriate to  their branding but still in keeping with the character brief. We also finished a couple of complimenting pieces in the same custom colour, being a large terracotta pot and hooks.
